We’re looking for a highly experienced Google and Meta Ads Expert to join us long-term and help scale our online advertising efforts.

What We’re Looking For
We need a skilled professional who knows Google Ads and Meta Ads inside and out. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can take initiative, and aligns with our values of teamwork, innovation, and efficiency. We’re not looking for junior or intermediate talent—this position is for a seasoned expert who can drive results and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

Ad Campaign Management:
Develop and execute campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Pmax) and Meta Ads.
Launch and manage Performance Max (Pmax) campaigns for search, display, and product ads.
Implement effective bidding strategies (e.g., CPC, Target CPA).
Adjust bidding as needed based on campaign performance and strategy.

Optimization & Analysis:
Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and conversion tracking.
Analyze local search trends and business opportunities to refine campaigns.
Study competitor ads and adapt strategies to stay competitive.
Build and test new audiences and campaigns, providing quick turnaround on insights.

Conversion Tracking & Remarketing:
Implement and optimize conversion tracking for all campaigns.
Develop and execute remarketing strategies using Meta Ads.
Landing Page Insights & Collaboration

Study heatmaps and bounce rates for landing pages:
Provide actionable feedback to designers and ensure updates are implemented quickly (within days, not weeks).
Create weekly reports on landing page performance and user behavior.

Reporting & Insights:
Prepare daily ad performance reports with actionable insights.
Deliver weekly briefs on ad performance, trends, and user behavior.
Identify opportunities to improve ROI and maximize conversions.

Qualifications

Experience: Experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads for service-based businesses (preferred) with big budgets.
Expertise: Deep understanding of bidding strategies, audience building, and campaign optimization.
Tools: Proficient in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Heatmap tools (e.g., Hotjar), and Ads Manager.
Skills: Analytical mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and adapting quickly.
