Experienced Freelance CSR (US Time Zone)

As the backbone of our agency, you'll play a vital role in supporting our agents by managing calls and providing a warm, friendly, and efficient experience for every caller. This remote role is crucial to the success of our Sales and Client Service teams, helping them deliver exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding experiences to clients and prospects
• Manage phone calls and voicemail messages
• Document all communications in client and prospect management systems
• Relay messages and inquiries to the team, including underwriting and billing
• Develop proficiency in company systems and processes, including payment and document management
• Facilitate the delivery of insurance documents to clients and relevant parties
• Process client payments and manage cancellation and onboarding calls
• Perform various non-licensed customer service tasks

Requirements:
• Laptop/PC & Stable Internet Connection
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Experience working in United States time zones
• Detail-oriented with strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs
