Experienced! Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We are seeking a dynamic Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to enhance our finance team within the wellness and lifestyle sector. This position involves strategic oversight of financial operations, aimed at improving profitability and supporting expansion efforts globally. The CFO will directly contribute to high-level financial strategy and operations, helping to drive growth and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and refine financial systems and controls to increase transparency and efficiency.
- Oversee comprehensive financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow to meet and exceed financial targets.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and other partners.
- Set up and manage financial operations in international jurisdictions for optimal tax benefits.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure adherence to financial regulations.
- Align financial strategies with overall business objectives across all departments.
- Lead the financial team, enhancing their capabilities to meet business goals.
- Create and execute a detailed exit strategy for stakeholders, focusing on estate planning and investment returns.
- Must understand USA & UK business structure

**Requirements:**
- Proven track record as a CFO or in a comparable role, preferably within the wellness or lifestyle industries.
- Comprehensive understanding of corporate finance, performance metrics, and financial software like Xero.
- Skilled in data analysis, risk management, and economic forecasting.
- Relevant professional qualifications such as CFA or CPA are preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with international finance and tax planning.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Additional Role Information:**
- New Client Integration: You will be responsible for integrating new clients, including setting up initial financial assessments and establishing ongoing reporting routines to our finance team.
- Timeline Submission: Candidates must be prepared to submit a proposed timeline outlining key actions and milestones they anticipate achieving for new clients within the first 90 days.
