About DRINI Brands:

We are a dynamic and fast-growing eCommerce business specializing in a range of products across various platforms including Amazon FBA and Shopify. Our mission is to deliver top-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a dedicated and versatile Virtual Assistant to join our team and assist the CEO with daily tasks, administrative duties, and customer support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

**Administrative Support:**
- Manage emails, calendars, and appointments for the CEO.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, both internal and external.

**Customer Support:**
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner via email, chat, and phone.
- Process orders, returns, and refunds efficiently.
- Monitor and manage customer feedback on various platforms.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

**eCommerce Management:**
- Assist with the management of our Amazon FBA and Shopify stores.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist with the creation and optimization of product listings.

**CEO Assistance:**
- Provide daily support to the CEO, helping with task prioritization and time management.
- Conduct research and compile information for decision-making.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

*Experience:*
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Extensive experience and proficiency with Amazon FBA ecosystem and Amazon Seller Central
- Extensive experience with eCommerce platforms, particularly Shopify.
- Strong understanding of online retail, customer service, and administrative processes.

*Skills:*
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Very good English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Big Plus: Proficient with ChatGPT, ManyChat, Upgrade to see actual info, Klaviyo, and other important related tools.
