Experienced Etsy Virtual Assistant – Listings, Orders & Customer Support

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage our Etsy Print-on-Demand (POD) store. If you have experience optimizing and uploading Etsy listings, managing Printify/Printful orders, and providing top-notch customer service, we’d love to hear from you!

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for someone who is proactive, efficient, and passionate about growing an Etsy store.

What You’ll Be Doing:

? Optimizing and uploading Etsy listings – Writing compelling titles, descriptions, and tags to improve visibility.
? Managing Printify & Printful orders – Ensuring timely order processing and troubleshooting any fulfillment issues.
? Handling customer service – Professionally responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
? Monitoring shop performance – Keeping track of bestsellers, analyzing trends, and suggesting improvements.
? Keeping listings fresh and competitive – Updating product details, images, and SEO to maintain top rankings.
? Tracking and reporting progress – Keeping the team updated with shop performance and order status.

What We’re Looking For:

???? Etsy Experience – You have worked as an Etsy VA and understand how the platform works.
???? Printify & Printful Knowledge – You can manage POD orders efficiently and resolve fulfillment issues.
???? SEO & Listing Optimization – You know how to use Erank, EverBee, or other Etsy SEO tools to improve rankings.
???? Customer Service Skills – You can handle inquiries, refunds, and complaints professionally.
???? Attention to Detail – You ensure listings are accurate, well-optimized, and visually appealing.
???? Proactive & Problem-Solver – You don’t just wait for instructions; you find ways to improve the store.
???? Strong Communication & Organization – You can work independently while keeping the team updated.

Nice to Have (But Not Required):

? Experience with Vela for bulk listing updates.
? Basic skills in Canva or Photoshop for minor image edits.
? Social media knowledge (Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).

Work Schedule & Payment:

???? Full-time position – 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
???? Competitive monthly salary (negotiable based on experience).
???? Payments made on the 1st of each month via PayPal or Wise.
