Experienced Ecommerce Virtual Assistant

We're looking for a highly experienced ecommerce VA to work for our Australian based ecommerce brand. ( Please do not apply if you have not worked with a ecommerce brands before ).

Your position will include but not limited to :

- [ ] TIKTOK
- Posting morning and evening
- Testing relevant hashtags
- Testing times to post (research)
- Engage with accounts on TIKTOK /respond to all comments on posts

- [ ] Monitoring and replying to all customer service enquiries via online inbox/live chat
- Communicate with warehouse or Amy if required

# WEEKLY JOBS:

- [ ] Customer Service/emails/ add to slack team
- Replying to customer service emails throughout the day
- communicating with the warehouse team about orders on slack
- leave Important emails for Amy/ message her to reply to particular important emails
- Make sure to mark all emails unread that Amy needs to see

- [ ] Pinterest posting weekly
- Posting 25x pinned posts on Pinterest a week
- testing relevant Hashtags for our niche/audience
- Analysing data week to week of successful brands on Pinterest/replicating their Pinterest strategy

- [ ] Website Development
- Website Improvements
- Follow Elliots instructions for updates when needed on the website
- Creating Blogs and Improving SEO on website
- Reviewing Microsoft clarity, recordings and heatmaps to see where customers drop off

- [ ] Xero/book keeping
- Ask Amy for transaction unsure about
- Complete task with Amy first 2 weeks

# **Monthly Jobs:**

**Wholesale outreach to current stockist**

- Asking if they want to restock for the month (Offer discount with agreement to Amy)
- Sending an email campaign out to email list to get more stockist
- Strategise on ways to get new stockist
- Follow up email (After 1st has been sent).
- Making sure any stockist that say they dont want to be on the list to take them off
- Any new customers that enquire about being a stockist need to be on the faire list before there order is made as “our customer” so we dont get charged commission.

### **Email Campaign**

- Designing Email Templates: Using Klaviyo’s drag-and-drop email builder, create visually appealing email templates that reflect the Sunni Scenes branding, including colors, fonts, and logos.
- Creating Email Content: Drafting the text for promotional emails, newsletters, and product announcements. Your VA can repurpose content from blog posts, social media, or product pages to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Segmenting Email Lists: Organising and segmenting your email list based on customer behaviour, such as past purchases, location, or browsing activity. This ensures that the right content is delivered to the right audience.
- Scheduling Email Campaigns for the month ahead every month
- Working with Amy + Elliot on what promotions/sales are on for the month of Emails
