Our fast-growing eCommerce brand is expanding rapidly across European markets, and we’re looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our team! Your role will be to provide exceptional customer service that minimizes complaints and maximizes customer satisfaction.
We primarily serve customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Sweden, so experience handling European customers is a plus. You should be skilled at resolving customer inquiries efficiently, handling disputes with a high win rate, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
? Respond to customer inquiries via
? Handle refunds, returns, and disputes (aiming for a high win rate)
? Troubleshoot order issues and provide clear, helpful solutions
? Identify common customer concerns and proactively suggest ways to reduce complaints
? Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and brand reputation
What We’re Looking For:
? Experience in eCommerce customer support (Shopify, PayPal, Stripe, Klarna...)
? Proven track record of winning disputes (chargebacks, PayPal cases, etc.)
? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
? Excellent written English (other European languages are a bonus!)
? Customer-first mindset – friendly, patient, and solutions-oriented
? Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently
