Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven and proactive DM Setter to join our team. As a DM Setter, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with prospective clients through direct messaging on social media platforms. Your primary goal will be to start meaningful conversations, qualify leads, and book appointments for our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about social media engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Actively reach out to potential clients via direct messaging on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or other relevant channels.

Engagement: Initiate and maintain engaging, professional conversations with prospects to build trust and rapport.
Qualification: Identify qualified leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to the sales team.

Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments or calls with qualified leads for the sales team.

CRM Management: Accurately record all interactions, updates, and relevant information in the CRM system. (we use a custom version of GoHighLevel)

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging strategies and improve lead conversion.

KPI Tracking: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, including response rates, booked calls, and conversions.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing, sales, or social media role is preferred. DM setting experience is a plus.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional yet approachable and familiar tone.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using social media platforms and CRM tool [insert specific tools they would need to use i.e. GoHighLevel, Twilio, FB Business Suite]

Self-Motivated: A self-starter who is results-driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Organized: Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

Adaptable: Comfortable with feedback and continuously improving skills and strategies.
