JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! We’re an e-commerce company looking for an experienced Customer Support Rep. You’ll be handling a high volume of daily customer questions from order issues to disputes and ensuring everything gets resolved quickly and smoothly. This includes managing emails, processing Shopify orders, coordinating with suppliers, and using ticketing systems. You’ll also work closely with our team to keep everything running efficiently.

We’re looking for someone with solid experience in e-commerce customer support, especially on Shopify. You should be comfortable handling a high volume of inquiries each day, meeting deadlines, staying organized, and working well in a team setting.
