Our eCommerce brand is growing fast—and so is our community of amazing customers. To keep delivering the support they deserve, we’re looking for a highly motivated Customer Service star to join our international team.

What you'll be doing:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email with empathy, clarity, and efficiency
- Coordinating with fulfillment team to get order or product details
- Collaborating with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to improve workflows and keep things running smoothly
- Making small order adjustments and tracking shipping statuses

You’re the right fit if:
- You have at least 1 year of Customer Service experience (this one's a must)
- You’re detail-oriented and have experience with Shopify and eCommerce (also a must)
- You're a strong communicator and a reliable team player
- You’re eager to learn, highly motivated, and ready to take initiative
- You’re available full time, or willing to grow into a full-time role soon
