I am looking to hire a skilled Credit Repair Specialist to manage and execute credit dispute processes effectively. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of credit repair laws and techniques, with a proven track record of removing inaccurate or unverifiable items from credit reports.
Responsibilities:
Analyze credit reports to identify disputable items such as inaccuracies, errors, or unverifiable accounts.
Draft and send customized dispute letters to credit bureaus, creditors, and collection agencies.
Handle stall letters, rejection responses, and follow-up disputes as needed.
Maintain compliance with FCRA, FDCPA, and other relevant laws.
Provide regular updates and detailed progress reports.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in credit repair and dispute resolution.
Strong understanding of credit laws, including FCRA, FDCPA, and CROA.
Familiarity with dispute software and tools for tracking and communication.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver results within deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in credit repair or related fields.
Previous client references or documented success stories.
