The Role

We are looking for an experienced Creative Designer to produce high-quality photo ads for our Facebook campaigns. You will be working with predefined hooks (marketing angles) and must creatively bring them to life through compelling visuals. Your work will play a crucial role in product validation and scaling successful campaigns.

Responsibilities

? Design scroll-stopping photo ads optimized for Facebook and Instagram
? Translate predefined hooks into visually engaging creatives
? Enhance images, add persuasive text overlays, and optimize for performance
? Test multiple variations to determine the best-performing designs
? Stay updated on direct response design best practices for eCommerce
? Collaborate with the team to analyze ad performance and iterate on creatives

Requirements

???? Proven experience designing high-converting ads for eCommerce/dropshipping
???? Strong graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, or other relevant tools)
???? Understanding of marketing psychology and direct-response advertising
???? Ability to adapt designs to different audiences and test various creative angles
???? Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
???? Experience in high-volume ad creation is a plus
