Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role involves identifying, attracting, and qualifying potential customers for our products. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in outbound and inbound calling leads, and a keen understanding of market trends to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential leads through our database.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and
Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
Maintain and update the lead database (CRM) with accurate and up-to-date information.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in lead generation or business development.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Cloudtalk & Zoho).
Experience in cold calling
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess lead quality and conversion rates.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of the industry and target market is a plus.
