Experienced Business Manager

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Business Manager to oversee operations and drive growth for our service-based company. We specialize in plumbing, electrical, and water damage restoration and have been in business for over 9 years.

Position: Full-time
Schedule: Monday - Friday (PST Time, Los Angeles)

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure business efficiency
Develop and implement strategies for growth and expansion
Manage financials, budgets, and expense tracking
Optimize workflows and improve company processes
Coordinate with different departments and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
Lead, motivate, and support the team
Monitor KPIs and business performance metrics
Ensure compliance with industry regulations
Collaborate on marketing and customer acquisition strategies
Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience as a Business Manager or in a leadership role
Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Financial management experience (budgeting, forecasting, reporting)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience in service-based industries (preferred)
Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM and business management tools
Customer service experience is a plus
