Schedule:

Dayshift, AU hours
Must be flexible with changes in schedule

Qualifications:

Certified Public Accountant Preferred
At least 1 year of experience with XERO and/or Quickbooks, with certification
Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience
Expertise in handling Australian accounts
Stellar communication and analytical skills, with an eagle eye for detail
Ability to present financial reports effectively to upper management

Your Responsibilities:

Bank reconciliation and financial wizardry
Creating bills, invoices, and generating insightful reports
Crafting a weekly cash flow forecast
Managing Accounts Payables and Receivables
Handling onshore and offshore payroll
Preparing BAS and providing executive assistance
