Experienced BIM Modeler

We are a fast-growing real estate development company specializing in affordable multifamily housing. With over 900 apartment units built from the ground up, we are scaling rapidly toward producing 10,000 units annually. We seek a talented, detail-oriented, and cost-effective Remote BIM Modeler to join our team on a contract basis to support our expansion goals.


Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure models align with design goals.
• Conduct clash detection and conflict resolution using BIM tools.
• Generate 3D construction documents and shop drawings from BIM models.
• Produce quantity takeoffs and material lists.
• Update models as project specifications change.
• Must be able to BIM a complete set of plans with architectural, MEP, and structural


Qualifications:
• Degree or certification in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of BIM modeling experience, preferably in residential or multifamily housing with US clients.
• Experience with modular or prefabricated construction.
• Background in cost estimation or material takeoff processes.
• Familiarity with sustainable design principles (LEED, Energy Star).
• Experience with US clients is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
• Familiarity with international building codes and affordable housing design.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
