We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to manage our fitness brand’s Instagram account. The role involves handling DMs, scheduling booking calls, maintaining accurate data records, and ensuring exceptional client communication. The ideal candidate is organised, tech-savvy, and passionate about fitness and client engagement.
Day-to-Day Tasks:
Direct Message (DM) Management:
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and messages.
Engage with followers to nurture relationships and encourage program sign-ups.
Track and organize conversations to ensure no potential lead is missed.
Booking Calls:
Schedule consultation and follow-up calls with prospective clients using online booking systems.
Confirm appointments and send reminders to clients.
Data Entry:
Record client details, call schedules, and program enrolments accurately in CRM software or spreadsheets.
Maintain organised records of conversations and client information on our tracking sheet. (Excel)
Client Support:
Provide program details and address frequently asked questions about fitness services.
Handle rescheduling requests or follow up on missed appointments.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track daily DM responses, bookings, and conversions.
Generate weekly reports to measure engagement and program sign-up rates.
Collaboration:
Communicate regularly with me about leads, feedback, and schedule changes.
Share insights on follower trends and suggestions to improve client acquisition.
