We are looking for an experienced Appointment Setter with a proven track record in cold calling and appointment setting, specifically for vacant land flips. You will play a critical role in helping us identify and engage with landowners, enabling us to flip and assign properties to home builders effectively.
Position Overview
As a Appointment Setter, you will:
-Conduct cold calls to vacant landowners using an auto-dialer.
-Utilize tools like Propwire, GoHighLevel, and CRM systems to manage leads and optimize workflows.
-Schedule and confirm appointments for the acquisitions team.
-Handle objections professionally and close leads for further negotiations.
-Use your expertise in sales and communication to build trust and drive results.
Key Responsibilities
-Cold Calling: Initiate outreach to property owners using a targeted approach to gauge interest in selling their land.
-Appointment Setting: Qualify leads and schedule appointments for deeper discussions.
-CRM Management: Maintain and update records in GoHighLevel and Propwire to ensure accurate data tracking.
-Follow-Up: Re-engage with prospects who require additional touch points before committing.
-Reporting: Provide daily and weekly reports on call metrics, appointments set, and lead progress.
Requirements
-Tool Expertise: Proficient in Propwire, GoHighLevel, and using auto-dialers.
-Sales Skills: Strong persuasive abilities and objection-handling techniques.
-Communication Excellence: Exceptional spoken and written English skills.
-Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with vacant land flipping, property assignment processes, and real estate terminology.
-Results-Oriented: Proven track record of setting appointments that lead to successful land acquisition deals.
-Time Management: Highly organized and able to manage tasks independently in a remote setting.
