Are you a strong communicator with excellent organizational skills? C3 Studios is looking for an Appointment Setter to join our team! In this role, you'll play a critical part in scheduling meetings, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination across the board.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction:
Contact potential clients via phone,
Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up on leads to ensure conversion.
Scheduling and Coordination:
Manage calendars and schedule appointments for internal teams and clients.
Confirm and remind clients of scheduled appointments to minimize no-shows.
Coordinate between tea
Lead Management:
Update and maintain client and lead information in the CRM system.
Track and report on appointment-setting metrics and progress.
Feedback:
Gather client feedback to improve scheduling and service delivery.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience as an appointment setter, customer service representative, or similar role.
(You will not be considered if you don't have a minimum of 3 years experience.)
Strong verbal and written communication skills (C2 Level English)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable with CRM tools (experience with GoHighLevel is a plus).
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Preferred (but not required):
Familiarity with scheduling tools like Calendly or Google Calendar.
Experience working in a sales or customer-focused environment.
Availability to work in a graveyard shift (9 PM to 6 AM).
