Experienced Appointment Setter for Digital Doula Services

Are you a skilled communicator with proven sales experience and a passion for helping professionals succeed? The Digital Doula is seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our team. You’ll be responsible for driving outreach primarily through Instagram DMs and text messaging, with some email communication, to schedule appointments with birth and postpartum professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Send 80 outreach messages per day, primarily on Instagram and through text messaging
• Respond to potential client inquiries on Instagram, via text messages, and occasionally through email
• Engage in conversational, client-focused dialogue to build rapport and assess needs
• Accurately track client interactions in our CRM system (Go High Level experience is a plus)
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure high appointment booking rates

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience in a similar role is required
• Excellent proficiency in English (both written and spoken) with the ability to communicate conversationally and professionally
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, engaging demeanor
• Experience using Instagram and text messaging for business outreach
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet daily outreach targets
• Availability to work Central Time hours with good attendance

Outcomes:

• Send 80 outreach messages per day via Instagram and text messages
• Maintain consistent availability during Central Time working hours
• Demonstrate strong attendance and accountability
