Experienced American Project Manager (Remote – Based in the Philippines Preferred)

Leaders Marketing LLC is looking for a highly skilled, American Project Manager with a neutral or native American accent to lead our digital marketing and web development projects. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations, clear communication, and timely project execution.

Location Preference:
We strongly prefer American candidates based in the Philippines who understand the culture and can work effectively with both our international and US-based teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee digital marketing and web development projects from start to finish.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including SEO, content, web development, and sales.
Maintain clear, professional communication with internal teams and clients.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Optimize project management systems for efficiency.
Identify and resolve project risks or bottlenecks.
Provide regular performance reports and updates to leadership.

Qualifications:
5+ years of project management experience, preferably in digital marketing or web development.
Deep understanding of digital marketing, web development, and SEO is a must
American candidate (neutral/native accent is a must).
Based in the Philippines preferred for better alignment with team operations.
Strong experience managing remote teams in a fast-paced, digital environment.
Proficiency in project management tools like Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Upgrade to see actual info.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to align teams and stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
