Brightways is a specialized agency dedicated to helping brands thrive on Amazon in both Europe and the US. To further strengthen our team, we’re seeking an experienced (Assistant) Brand Manager Amazon to provide operational support to our Brand Manager, Brand Director, and other colleagues at Brightways.
Your primary focus will be to support the management of one of our client’s Amazon businesses across the US and Europe. This client operates in the Adult Toys category, with a presence in the US and key European markets (Germany, UK, France, Spain, Italy). We expect you to quickly expand your responsibilities by taking on additional clients.
This is a client-facing, high medior to senior-level (assistant) role that requires a professional, confident, and personable approach. You’ll need to demonstrate independence, ownership, and strong operational skills while directly supporting Brightways' Brand Manager, working closely with our internal team, and regularly interacting with our client.
Your responsibilities include:
- Operationally managing and expanding product listings on Amazon US and European markets.
- Conducting keyword research and implementing effective keyword tracking.
- Gathering, processing, and maintaining essential product and pricing information provided by the client.
- Monitoring stock levels, initiating FBA shipments, and coordinating logistics internally.
- Identifying design requirements in collaboration with our Brand Manager and scheduling tasks accordingly.
- Efficiently managing and resolving Amazon Seller Central cases.
- Creating localized, SEO-optimized content that triggers customer action, utilizing AI-driven tools such as ChatGPT.
What we also expect from you:
- Proven agency-side experience or relevant background with a prominent brand, specifically in Amazon Seller Central (US & EU).
- Strong expertise in Amazon SEO strategies and tools like Helium10.
- Demonstrable experience using AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) to produce localized, customer-focused, action-driven copy optimized for Amazon.
- Proactive problem-solving skills; you identify and resolve issues independently.
- A structured, organized, and results-oriented working style, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluent, professional-level English (written and verbal), suitable for internal and external communication.
- Availability to work on fixed days with availability until at least 13:00 CET (Central European Time) and 20:00 PST (Philippine Standard Time).
Key conditions:
- 32-40 hours per week with clear and accurate time tracking.
- Performance-based salary directly tied to productivity and effectiveness.
