We are currently seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant that can pitch in just about anywhere! (FYI - we don't do any cold calling or outbound telemarketing for our clients) This role requires someone that is versatile and enjoys doing lots of different things. This is the ultimate All-Star Virtual Assistant role! If you like variety and learning new things, this is the role for you! As an Infiniti VA you'll ensure operations run seamlessly across just about any part of our clients ops. Responsibilities may include managing vendor relationships, coordinating logistics, handling onboarding/offboarding, customer support, inbox management, research, tracking projects, assisting with lead generation, preparing investor materials, documenting SOPs, and troubleshooting tech issues.

- Assisting with Lead Generation & Outreach – Identify and connect with tech startup founders, VCs, and other key decision-makers in our target market (San Francisco & Austin). Use creative strategies to break through the noise.
- Sales & Client Acquisition – Conduct discovery calls, tailor solutions to each founder’s needs, and close deals that drive revenue growth.

- An analytical mindset that can look at situations and say what is working and what isn't and be able to back that up with data.
- A problem solver mentality and someone that is driven to find solutions for our clients. This isn’t a plug-and-play role.
- 10+ years of work experience across a variety of different types of businesses
- 5+ years experience working for startups
- A versatile skill set
- Someone who adapts to change easily and can manage and prioritize tasks
