**Job Posting: Executive/Personal Assistant to the CEO**

**About Us:**
We are a dynamic and innovative organization seeking an **Executive Assistant** to provide high-level support to our CEO. This role requires someone highly flexible, capable of multitasking, and adept at managing a wide range of responsibilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing both personal and professional communication.
- Maintain and organize the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and personal commitments.
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for business and personal trips, including accompanying the CEO when required.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle personal errands and manage tasks related to the CEO’s household or personal projects.
- Ensure smooth execution of the CEO’s professional and personal responsibilities by anticipating and addressing needs proactively.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Manage confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Support the CEO during meetings, including note-taking, tracking action items, and following up as needed.
- Take ownership of special projects and ensure their timely completion.
**Qualifications:**
- **Preferably a Filipina** already in the U.S. or with a visa and the ability to work and travel immediately.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to **Chicago, Illinois.**
- Proven experience as an **Executive Assistant**, **Personal Assistant**, or in a similar role.
- Willingness and availability to travel extensively with the CEO, both domestically and internationally.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in office tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
- Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing priorities and schedules.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
