JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive/Personal Assistant to support two busy entrepreneurs in the real estate (Airbnb/short-term rentals, flips, long-term rentals) and aviation industries. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, social media management, email correspondence, and system creation. This role requires flexibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ability to work on EST time is essential.

Responsibilities:

Manage email correspondence and follow up on tasks from previous days.
Create and maintain a customer database, ensuring regular follow-ups.
Develop and manage project worksheets, calendars, and checklists.
Create social media content and manage posts.
Design marketing materials using Canva or similar tools.
Coordinate with team members to ensure task completion.
Update CRM systems and ensure data accuracy.
Assist with creating investor decks and other business documents.
Support various ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Create and form lists.
Requirements:

Proven experience in an executive or personal assistant role.
Strong project management skills.
Proficiency in Canva or other graphic design tools.
Excellent social media management skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
Ability to text and call using an American number.
Dependable WiFi.

Hours:
Part-time: 10 AM to 2 PM EST
Wage: $2 to $3 an hour, with reviews at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year (pay rates will reflect the value-added, with huge growth potential for the right person).
