JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking to expand our team! We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who can help with various technical tasks on demand.

We specialize in Engineering support and often we deal with technical information that is more complex, so a thorough understanding of English is required. In addition frequent communication is not only important to our management but is required, so mastery of English is imperative. Previous engineering experience is a plus but NOT required.

MUST have mastery with Microsoft WORD, especially with formatting a table of contents so that the page numbers automatically update.

This current job is freelance only but our team members usually work an average of 15 to twenty hours a week, sometimes more during a high load times.

The qualities you will need are:

- Excellent research skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
- Excellent proofreading, formatting, and English review skills.
- Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office and Google Drive document editing suites
- Training will be available where required, but ideally, you will be able to work confidently on your own
