???? About the Role: Executive Virtual Assistant

This is more than just admin work—it’s a high-value support role where you’ll manage operations, communications, and creative projects that keep everything running smoothly.

???? Key Responsibilities:
? Handle admin tasks: data entry, invoicing, donation processing
? Manage email campaigns & client communications
? Update databases, documents & CRM systems
? Design flyers & social media content using Canva
? Prepare reports, letters, and marketing materials
? Coordinate projects & ensure smooth workflows

???? Who We’re Looking For:
? 1+ year remote VA experience (or relevant certifications)
? Excellent English (written & verbal)
? Strong organizational & time management skills
? Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office
? Bonus: Canva, QuickBooks, CRM experience
