Executive Virtual Assistant Real Estate Company

Are you ready to take on the exciting world of real estate wholesaling? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love supporting busy executives? If so, we want you to be the superstar Executive Virtual Assistant (EVA) on our dynamic team!

We’re a growing real estate wholesale company looking for a skilled and highly organized Virtual Assistant to provide critical support in a variety of areas. From cold calling to managing client relationships, this role requires someone who can juggle multiple tasks while bringing energy, creativity, and initiative to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold Calling & Lead Qualification: Conduct calls with leads, follow up on inquiries, and qualify potential sellers or buyers for wholesale deals.

• County Record Research: Pull necessary property records and information from county websites to assist with the property acquisition process.

• Calendar & Travel Management: Coordinate executive schedules, arrange meetings, and manage travel plans with precision.
• On the Google application you are required to do a introduction  video mention your favorite superhero in the video




• S.O.P & Process Support: Assist in creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P) and team management systems to ensure smooth operations.

• Social Media & Marketing Support: Help with scheduling posts, engaging followers, and creating marketing materials (flyers, social media content, etc.).

• Client Relationship Management: Maintain and build strong relationships with clients and leads through excellent communication.

• CRM & Project Management Tools: Assist with CRM software and project management tools to streamline operations.

• Problem Solving & Initiative: Identify problems and take proactive steps to resolve them, bringing efficiency to the team.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Real Estate Knowledge: A basic understanding of real estate terminology, market trends, and local regulations is a huge plus!

• Cold Calling Experience: Previous experience in sales or cold calling is required.

• Technical Proficiency: Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM software, and project management tools like Trello or Asana.

• Superb Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must—phone calls, emails, and messages should always sound professional and clear.

• Strong Organization & Time Management: You should be a pro at prioritizing tasks and juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines.

• Customer Service & Client Relations: You know how to build rapport with clients and provide excellent service.

• Marketing & Sales Support: Experience with social media management and content creation is a plus!
