JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Rockstar Virtual Assistant with a proven track record in professional customer service to support the company owner in business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience managing multiple phone lines, cultivating client relationships, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming phone lines, efficiently transferring calls to the appropriate individuals.
Enter requests for proposals and estimates into our current software and maintain the sales calendar.
Record and communicate phone messages to the Eden team, ensuring responses within a four-hour window, preferably sooner.
Process account receivables and enter payments into the existing software.
Direct accounts payable inquiries to the appropriate lead.
Forward technical tree and landscape questions to the technical lead.
Enter data into the company database.
Provide excellent customer service, schedule appointments, and coordinate estimates.
Conduct collection calls and follow up with customers regarding various issues.
Qualifications:
Outstanding communication skills.
Energetic, responsible, and enjoys problem-solving.
Strong interest in technology and proficiency in using computers for communication.
Ability to work independently in a small office environment, interacting with customers and colleagues.
Enjoys talking to people and excels at building relationships.
Dependability and attention to detail are essential.
Familiarity with Arborgold software is required.
