Full Time Assistant to an American Real Estate Broker
Our Company is an Investment Real Estate Brokerage located in Newport Beach, California


Our Firm is a high functioning wholesale brokerage that buys & sells distressed single family homes. My job is to purchase distressed homes “as-is” for a discount so we can upsell them to buyers who renovate & flip them. I am looking for an assistant who can speak & write flawless English. I need to streamline my communication with high profile agents, investors & clients. You will be provided your own company email but will also be using mine to answer agents. You will be acting as me & writing on my behalf. Perfect English is absolutely essential.


Required Schedule: Monday - Friday. (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM) (GMT+8) your time.


Frequent Tasks:
Communicating to real estate agents / investors over Gmail in clear persuasive English.
Filtering through a large number of Gmails, keeping them highly organized.

Email
ing PDF documents to agents.
Logging properties that may be profitable investments.
Texting/messaging me these logged properties so I can offer on them to purchase.
Attending daily live Google Meet meetings.
Editing, organizing excel files.
Using the CRMLS (California Regional Multiple Listing Service).
Additional organizational & administrative tasks may be added.


I will teach you how to complete all of these tasks through Google Meet trainings & video tutorials.

At the end of 2025 If you have done well & helped me increase revenue, I will purchase & ship to you the same computer set up I use in addition to a Holiday Cash Bonus. (Mac Mini, Apple Magic Keyboard, Samsung 4K Monitor, Logitech MX Master 3 Mouse). A promotion & pay increase after year 1 is also possible. If I like you enough and you are skilled we can discuss moving you up in the company to onboard and train other virtual assistants.
