Executive Project Manager

We are looking for a superhero EPM who thrives on creating order out of chaos, highly values leadership and personal development, and enjoys challenging but meaningful work.

We are focused on empowering women's voices and leadership in industries—such as tech, finance and engineering—shaping our global future. As we build our brand and infrastructure from the ground up, we’re looking for an Executive Project Manager (EPM) to spearhead the setup and ensure the program’s smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Build program infrastructure: Help create systems, processes, and resources to support the program's launch.
• Team leadership: Hire and manage a small team (including a VA to handle admin for you) to support ongoing project execution and growth.
• Oversee program execution: Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure success.
• Collaborate with marketing & communications: Work with the branding and visibility team to ensure the program’s messaging aligns with our vision.
• Track progress & report: Measure program impact, monitor key metrics, and provide feedback to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management and building operational infrastructure from scratch.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a can-do attitude to build things from the ground up.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.

Initial Project Duration: 2 months (10 to 15 hours per week)
Compensation: $750-$950 for the project based on experience and qualifications

Bonuses:
$100 Wellness Bonus (reimbursement)
$150 Performance Bonus for 12 qualified candidates enrolled in Authentic Power by Feb 3rd
Plus 30-45 minutes Personal Coaching each month ($500-$750 value)
