Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Operations Assistant (EOA) to provide comprehensive support regarding two businesses: InspireKM Consulting (InspireKM) and the Knowledge Management & Innovation for Legal Conference (KM&I). This role will be pivotal in executing tasks, managing business development, and suggesting ways to optimize the businesses. In addition, the EOA will handle various personal tasks and projects for the business's founder. The ideal candidate will have a background in executive support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Support for InspireKM Consulting:
- Assist in administrative tasks for InspireKM Consulting.
- Conduct internet research, including creating and maintaining contact lists.
- Support business development activities, including preparing presentations and proposals.
- Analyze data and trends to further the business.
- Assess the business and suggest improvements.
- Help find new clients and prospects.

Supporting the Knowledge Management & Innovation for Legal Conference:
- Assist tasks related to the annual Knowledge Management & Innovation for Legal Conference.
- Conduct internet research, including creating and maintaining contact lists.
- Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and attendees to ensure a smooth event experience.
- Create documents and guides related to the Conference.
- Manage conference logistics, including scheduling, and marketing.
- Suggest social media ideas for promoting the Conference.
- Assess Conference materials and suggest improvements.

Personal Assistance:
- Manage various personal tasks and projects for Patrick DiDomenico.
- Contact local (Austin, Texas, USA) vendors and service providers to assess offerings and schedule appointments.
- Research and compare products and services and make recommendations about them.
- Assist with travel arrangements, calendar management, and personal appointments.
- Manage task lists.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:
- Mastery of English (both written and spoken).
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (especially Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Proficiency with searching and navigating LinkedIn.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with the legal industry and knowledge management is a plus.
- Proficiency with Canva is a plus.

Additional Information:
- The initial term of employment will be a trial period of up to 2 months, with the hope that the position becomes a full time role.
- The initial pay rate will be $4 (USD) per hour ($640 USD/month) and will increase after the candidate shows high quality work, resourcefulness, and positive contributions.
- Candidates must be available for work partially in the US Central Time Zone, occasionally as early as 05:30 and as late as 23:00 Philippines time.
- There is unlimited potential for growth in this position. We are seeking to expand both InspireKM and KM&I.
