Executive-Level Virtual Operations Coordinator

We are a fast-growing Airbnb Cleaning Company in need of a Virtual Operations Coordinator to take ownership of critical day-to-day business functions. You will work closely with our existing VA and be responsible for executing operational workflows with excellence. You will be managing tasks in GoHighLevel CRM, conducting interviews, coordinating schedules, and keeping the backend of the business running with zero hand-holding.

Core Responsibilities:

Hiring & Team Coordination
Post and manage cleaner job listings
Review application submissions
Conduct initial interviews
Schedule final interview with CEO

Job Scheduling & Oversight
Assign cleaning jobs to appropriate teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
Conduct quality control checks post-clean
Handle daily operational updates and communications

Systems & CRM Management
Use and manage GoHighLevel CRM for task flows
Manage automations and backend pipelines
Onboard new clients and new cleaners with consistency

You Must Be:
Highly dependable and task-focused
Self-motivated — you take initiative without constant direction
Comfortable managing systems and daily task flows
Professional and efficient in communication
Experienced in CRM tools (GoHighLevel a plus)
Looking for a long-term role with growth potential
