Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with GHL experience to support automation tasks, manage backend operations, and assist with personal logistics. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth workflow processes and delivering exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Go HighLevel (GHL) automations and backend functions
- Assist with Facebook Ads Manager (Meta for Business) setup and management
- Provide customer service support across various platforms
- Handle general EA tasks related to personal life and logistics
- Organize and maintain digital workspaces using Trello and G Suite

- Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of marketing and automation

Tools You Will Use:
- Go HighLevel (GHL)
- Facebook Ads Manager (Meta for Business)
-G Suite (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Trello

Working Hours:
- Part-Time: 20 hours per week
- Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST (Graveyard Shift)

Non-Negotiables:
- Screenshot and productivity tracker required
- Must work during designated EST hours (Graveyard Shift)
