We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. We’re looking for someone who can drive results by converting leads into loyal customers through strategic digital marketing initiatives, while also improving the client’s salon branding through extensive social media management expertise.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to attract and convert leads into customers.
-Create and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
-Optimize website content and landing pages for lead generation and conversion.
-Manage and enhance the salon’s branding through strategic social media initiatives, ensuring engaging and consistent content.
-Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
-Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve targets.
-Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
-Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media.

Requirements:

-Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or similar role.
-Demonstrable track record of converting leads into customers, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
-Extensive experience in social media management, with a focus on branding and audience engagement.
-Expertise in digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
-Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and analyze performance.
-Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
