Role Overview
As the Executive Assistant, you will work closely with the CEO, providing top-tier administrative support and ensuring efficient coordination across teams. You’ll handle scheduling, communications, project oversight, and other executive-level tasks, all while working from the comfort of your own space.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support:
Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare, organize, and edit documents, presentations, and reports for strategic meetings.
Act as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-ups.
Project Coordination:
Oversee and track key projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Facilitate communication between teams across New York, Miami, and nationwide to streamline workflows.
Assist with high-level project planning and provide timely updates to the CEO.
Communication Management:
Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, ensuring professionalism and alignment with the CEO’s voice.
Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless information sharing and alignment on strategic priorities.
Operations & Event Logistics:
Organize virtual and in-person meetings, including preparing agendas and ensuring follow-up actions.
Support logistics for trade shows, events, and corporate gatherings as needed.
Requirements
Experience & Skills:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level support role, ideally in a remote capacity.
Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
Personal Attributes:
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling confidential matters.
Proactive and resourceful problem solver with a strong sense of initiative.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
