JOB OVERVIEW

We're hiring an Executive Assistant experienced in Amazon marketing and Seller Central operations.

You'll play a key role in managing client interactions, ensuring smooth communication, and enhancing collaboration between internal & external teams to achieve effective execution.

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for client communication.
Coordinate and streamline interactions between clients and internal teams.
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and track project deliverables.
Monitor client projects to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Prepare concise reports and updates to facilitate clear communication internally and externally.
Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon marketing.
Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Proactive mindset with the capability to anticipate client and team needs.
Comfortable working remotely with flexibility in managing tasks across time zones.
Proficient in productivity tools (Google Suite, Slack, ClickUp, etc.).
