Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy Executive Assistant based in the Philippines to support our operations. This role requires a versatile professional who excels in administration, data analysis, website management, and English. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, organized, and adaptable. This is a full-time remote position, requiring availability from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM USA time, tracked via TimeDoctor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preferred to have experience using Amazon Seller Central
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive of company by carrying out various special projects.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines with exceptional organizational skills.
• Perform advanced Microsoft Excel tasks such as creating complex formulas, pivot tables, and conducting data analysis.
• Apply basic statistical knowledge to analyze and interpret data for decision-making.
• Communicate effectively and professionally in fluent English (written and verbal).
Requirements:
• Preferred to have experience using Amazon Seller Central
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must demonstrate skills).
• Understanding of basic statistics and ability to use data in practical scenarios.
• Experience in website development and management (please provide examples).
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work USA hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) and track work via TimeDoctor.
• Reliable internet connection and a tech-savvy mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with project management tools
• Familiarity with automation tools, graphic design, or coding is a plus.
• Prior experience supporting C-level executives is an advantage.
