Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who is meticulous, highly organized, and a problem solver.
This is a critical role that will help structure and optimize the backend of the company. You will work directly with the CEO, managing high-level administrative tasks, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
This role requires advanced knowledge of Google Sheets, automation tools, CRM systems, and high-level organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Organizational Tasks
Inbox Management – Check and filter
Folder & File Organization – Maintain structured file systems in Google Drive.
Calendar Planning & Optimization (Perfect Week) – Manage the CEO’s calendar, ensuring the entire week is planned by Sunday night.
Operations & Process Management
Cold Outreach – Send cold
Social Media & Community Management – Post daily on
Content Scheduling & Organization – Manage and schedule posts across platforms.
Podcast Clipping & Content Research – Identify and clip key
Advanced Google Sheets & Automation
Create & Maintain Company Trackers – Build Google Sheets with structured data, formulas, and automations.
Automate Processes – Use Zapier,
Content Research & Analysis – Find high-performing YouTube videos, analyze them, and compile a content strategy.
High-Level Support & Accountability
Track Project Timelines & Completion – Ensure tasks have estimated completion times and track progress.
Direct Weekly Check-Ins – Have structured 1-on-1 check-ins with the CEO for alignment.
Identify Inefficiencies & Implement Solutions – Proactively find better ways to streamline operations.

Advanced Google Sheets Skills – You understand formulas, logic, and automation.
Tech-Savvy & Fast Learner – You quickly adapt to new systems and optimize processes.
