We are a start-up Australian Based Company and we are looking for someone than Handle the Following:
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage the business owner’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle correspondence and prioritize
Client Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for clients. Manage communications, schedule photo shoots, and ensure client satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
Project Coordination: Assist in managing photography projects from initiation to completion. Ensure all aspects of the shoots are organized, and deadlines are met.
Document Management: Prepare, file, and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. Maintain a system for tracking business operations and client engagements.
Financial Oversight: Assist with invoicing, expense reports, and budget tracking. Work closely with accounting to ensure accurate financial management.
Marketing Support: Contribute to marketing initiatives such as social media management, content creation, and promotional campaigns to enhance business growth.
Event Planning: Coordinate events, meetings, and presentations for both internal and client-facing engagements.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM and project management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Fixed shift
• 6am to 3pm, Philippine time Monday to Friday
• Weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Ortigas, Pasig City
