Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the school leadership team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintain organized records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with school policies.
Assist in organizing and coordinating school events, meetings (both virtual and in-person) with parents, and various activities.
Serve as a liaison between the administration, faculty, students, and parents, fostering positive relationships.
Manage communication through various channels, including
Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by school leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in education administration, business, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with educational software and virtual communication tools.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
