JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant and Customer Success Specialist. If you have exceptional communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to learn quickly, we want to hear from you!

Executive Assistant Duties:
* Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
* Handle confidential information with discretion.
* Conduct research and compile information for various projects.

Customer Success Duties:
* Act as the point of contact for customer inquiries and provide excellent support.
* Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly.

General Duties:
* Learn company tools and processes quickly to provide effective support.
* Develop and document workflows to streamline operations.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer success and administrative processes.

Qualifications & Skills:
* Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
* Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
* Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
* Knowledge of common enterprise software and cloud applications (e.g., Office 365, Google Workspace).
