Position: Customer Service Associate
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing product information. Additionally, you will assist the CEO with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Provide quotes to customers and manually enter orders in WooCommerce.

Email
customers with tracking information.
Conduct sales calls and research products within our supplier database.
Contact manufacturers to confirm product availability; update listings if products are discontinued and suggest replacements.
Assist the CEO with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Quiet work environment with a strong internet connection.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Detail-oriented with experience in customer service and order management.


Pay: $90 USD per week for a four-week probation period (renegotiable after probation)
