CRE Task Wizard is seeking an experienced and reliable Executive Virtual Assistant with at least 3 years of EA experience and a proven history of long-term commitments (2-3+ years with previous employers/clients). This role supports our commercial real estate operations through research, organization, and team oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research properties and prepare cold call spreadsheets with decision-maker details.
- Maintain and update CRM databases with accurate information.
- Extract and organize lease and sales comps data for cold call preparation.
- Manage
- Oversee listing coordination and ensure accuracy.
- Supervise and manage lead generation VAs, including tracking KPIs.
- Implement new technologies, develop SOPs, and streamline processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of EA experience, preferably in commercial real estate.
- Strong tenure with past employers/clients (2-3+ years).
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM platforms, and team management.
- Strong organizational, research, and communication skills.
Preferred Attributes:
- Background in commercial real estate or related industries.
- Experience managing listing coordination tasks or similar roles.
- Tech-savvy with a track record of successfully implementing new tools and systems.
