Administrative & Calendar Management
Efficiently manage and optimize Google Calendar to coordinate meetings, deadlines, and priorities.
Ensure no missed tasks, appointments, or follow-ups by maintaining a well-organized schedule.
Stay proactive in managing reminders, ensuring smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks.
CRM & Automation (Go High Level)
Manage and optimize Go High Level CRM for client interactions, lead management, and automation.
Set up and maintain landing pages,
Utilize AI tools, including ChatGPT, to automate processes, generate SOPs, and create training manuals.
Marketing & Design Support
Assist in digital marketing campaigns,
Design and update marketing materials, lead-generation funnels, and promotional assets.
Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements based on analytics and insights.
Business & Real Estate Knowledge
Apply strong knowledge of real estate and general business operations to support clients effectively.
Understand real estate transactions, lead nurturing, and sales funnels.
Be familiar with the American business culture and adapt communication accordingly.
Reliability, Attention to Detail & Proactive Problem-Solving
Ensure accuracy in work, avoiding missed details or incomplete tasks.
