JOB OVERVIEW

PrimeTeach Recruit connects top-tier educators with childcare centers and schools. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and results-driven Executive Virtual Assistant to manage our entire recruitment process, handle lead generation & outreach, oversee teacher/substitute onboarding, and run social media marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Manage the full recruitment process, from posting job ads to onboarding teachers/substitutes.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule final interviews.
• Communicate with candidates via email, phone, and messaging apps.
• Oversee onboarding, ensuring all documents and requirements are completed.
• Maintain and update records in Zoho Recruit, Connecteam, and HoneyBook.

Lead Generation & Cold Calling:
• Identify and reach out to potential childcare centers and schools interested in our substitute and full-time staffing solutions.
• Make cold calls and follow up with leads via email and social media.
• Maintain an organized CRM with detailed lead tracking.

Social Media & Marketing:
• Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and create content using Canva and Meta Business Suite.
• Engage with followers, respond to messages, and build brand awareness.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns via Zoho Mail and HoneyBook.

Administrative Support:
• Manage and organize daily tasks via ClickUp.
• Respond to client and candidate inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Provide weekly reports on recruitment, lead generation, and marketing efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.
• Experience with cold calling & lead generation (preferred but not required).
• Social media management experience (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Recruit, Connecteam, HoneyBook, Canva, ClickUp (or willingness to learn).
• Highly organized, proactive, and self-sufficient.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
