Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Remote (Philippines-based)
Employment Type: Full-time (preferred) or Part-time (for the right candidate)

Responsibilities:
Communication Management:
Handle and respond to
Draft professional correspondence with clients and partners.
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Calendar and Schedule Management:
Coordinate and manage multiple calendars to schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure executives’ schedules are optimized.
Follow-Up and Task Management:
Track deadlines, commitments, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Send reminders to executives and tea
Lead Research and Management:
Conduct research on prospective clients, partners, and opportunities.
Maintain and update lead databases with accurate and current information.
Assist in tracking the sales pipeline and following up on leads.
Administrative Tasks:
Perform data entry and manage digital files.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Manage other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
High typing speed with touch typing proficiency.
Experience in lead research and database management is a plus.
Ability to work independently
Technical Requirements:
Reliable internet connection with sufficient bandwidth for video calls.
A reliable and updated computer with appropriate specifications for multitasking.
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant supporting executives.
Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, CRM platforms, or project management software is an advantage.
