Executive Assistant

We are the World Axe Throwing League - we establish the rules and regulations of the sport of Axe Throwing, as well as ensure tournaments run smoothly and connect affiliated venues around the world. We’re looking for someone to join the team to work the night shift (we are US/Canada based) 40 hours a week! 11am-8pm EST. You will be paid monthly, there is paid training, and you will be given 10 days of paid vacation.

This job might be for you if you are:

An individual with excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Able to confidently communicate with various departments and customers outside the company;
Computer literate at the intermediate to advanced level, with proficiency in the following softwares: Google Docs, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Drive etc.
An individual with initiative and ability to demonstrate a flexible approach in responding to needs as they arise;
Able to exercise discretion and tact with sensitive and confidential information;
Able to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail;
A team player and "people person" with exceptional customer service orientation as well as the ability to work independently, as required;
Someone with superior organizational skills;
Upbeat, well-spoken and energetic
