Position Overview
As the Executive Assistant to the Founder, you will play a critical role in enabling our founder to operate efficiently. This is a highly visible role, giving you exposure to all aspects of a startup environment: from social media strategy to outreach, project coordination, and administrative support. You’ll be the go-to person for managing schedules, overseeing operational tasks, and serving as a point of contact both inside and outside the company.
Key Responsibilities
-Administrative Support
-Organize and prioritize incoming communications, including
-Maintain and update project documentation and files.
Project Coordination
-Assist with various tasks associated with project management, tracking deliverables, timelines, and status updates in Excel or project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
-Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for internal and external meetings.
Social Media & Outreach
-Help plan and execute social media campaigns on
-Coordinate community engagement, respond to inquiries, and gather feedback.
-Identify potential partnerships or collaborations and conduct outreach efforts.
Technical & Software Assistance
-Leverage a variety of software tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.) to streamline workflows.
-Help maintain internal databases, spreadsheets, and track key metrics.
-Set up and optimize automated workflows to improve operational efficiency (Zapier, Integromat, or similar platforms).
General Support
-Act as a liaison between the founder and various internal teams or external stakeholders.
-Participate in tea
-Assist with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as required.
Qualifications
-Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar role in a startup or fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
-Software Savvy: Demonstrated experience with Excel/Google Sheets, project management tools, social media platforms, and automation tools (Zapier or similar).
-Crypto Enthusiasm: A genuine interest in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space. Prior experience in crypto is a plus but not mandatory.
-Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
-Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable interacting with a diverse range of stakeholders.
-Problem-Solving: Resourceful, proactive approach to challenges, with strong attention to detail.
-Adaptability: Eagerness to learn, pivot quickly, and execute tasks in a fast-evolving environment.
