Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Assist executives with day-to-day operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and task prioritization.
Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and ensure all deadlines are met.
Financial Management:
Perform bookkeeping tasks, including tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.
Process and send invoices, estimates, and payment reminders.
Handle payroll processing and ensure timely payment for all employees.
Customer Service & Sales Support:
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Assist with customer retention efforts and provide support to the sales team.
Uphold high standards of service and professionalism to reflect company values.
Operational Tasks:
Leverage SmartMoving software to manage customer data, schedules, and operational workflows effectively.
Provide support for team operations, including coordinating with other departments as needed.
